Enclosed with every Internet order, you'll find a receipt that includes a refund and exchange form. Fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include form.

 For exchanges, please include payment for $6.50 for return shipping/handling via credit card or check/money order. If you received damaged goods or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order.

For refunds, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the items refunded.

Returning/Exchanging Store Purchases
If you need to return or exchange an item that was purchased in one of our stores, you can contact the store directly. Please send returns to the store that the purchase was made, see below for address.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a prompt refund, exchange or credit, whichever you prefer. However, food items are non refundable or exchangeable.

Exchange and Return Policy:

With receipt - Within 30 days of purchase, any merchandise that has not been used or damaged may be returned along with the corresponding receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you purchased a garment, all original tags must be attached to the garment in the same manner as originally secured upon return in order for us to process your refund or exchange.

Without receipt - Merchandise Credit may be issued for items, which have not been used or damaged that are returned without a receipt for the current selling price.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. Any refunds of purchases made by check or cash, and all non-cleared checks, in excess of $100.00 will be issued by mail check.

Price Adjustments:

HiloHattie.com will provide one price adjustment of full-price merchandise within 7 days of your original purchase if we lowered our price for the item. You can mail you original invoice with a note indicating the item and its new price to:
